Le Cordon Bleu delivers all European Countries. Standard Shipping of in-stock items normally takes 4 to 8 working days. The delivery delay for express shipping is 1 to 4 working days. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Please find bellow the shipping charges :

Shipping Information:

1. We do not accept shipping to PO boxes.

3. We are using services of “Colissimo Suivi” for standard shipping. The customer has an option for express shipping via “Chronopost”. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with the parcel’s tracking number. Standard Shipping: Shipping of in-stock items normally takes 4 to 8 working days. Orders may be shipped in multiple boxes, depending on availability and therefore may arrive separately. Shipping charges are listed as an indication in the shipping module.
Express Shipping: Express Shipping is subject to an additional charge. Please contact us to inquire about shipping charges and to verify in-stock availability. The delivery delay for express shipping is 1 to 4 working days.

4. Within delivery you should carefully unpack, inspect each item (if necessary), then remove all packing materials and mention all damages to the transport company and to Le Cordon Bleu Customer Service. All delivery periods and deadlines are given for information only and could be delayed. Le Cordon Bleu declines all liability in case of the non-respect of the delivery time, a delay of the delivery could not be taken as a reason for damages and compensation nor to cancel the order or refuse the parcel.

Return Instructions:

1. According to the law, the consumer benefice of 7 business day delay to return the item. In a such case the shipment fees are then at the charge of the client. Please inform Le Cordon Bleu Consumer service and enclose your packing slip, invoice and ship prepaid and insured product to:

Only goods unopened, in their original packaging and in perfect state of re-sale are accepted for return. No damaged, unpacked, opened items shall be refunded or exchanged. This right to return the item is executed without penalty, but subject to the payment by the customer of the return shipment fee. In the same context, the customer could ask to change the item. In case of exchange, the client shall send us a cheque of 8 euros of the participation in the shipment fee. In case of reimbursement, the payment will be made non later than 30 days after the receipt of the item at the indicated address.
Unless the client sent a demand of the return or exchange in the 7 days delays after the receipt, the order will be considered as fully accepted by the client.

2. All inquiries regarding the quality and/or the quantity of the delivered goods must be made within 15 days after the receipt of the parcel by registered letter to Costumer Service address. After this term the 3 received goods would be considered as conform to the order. In case of the non-receipt of the parcel, this term would be then 1 month after the order confirmation.
